Here we have a fully restored antique English Oak Dial Clock with Fusee movement.

The movement has been fully stripped, cleaned and inspected for wear. New fusee line has been fitted. The movement has been reassembled and oiled. The mainspring has been removed, cleaned and greased. The movement is now ready to tick away for the next 5 years, when it should be serviced again.

The case has been cleaned, waxed and polished.

A new cream dial has been fitted.

The bezel has been cleaned and taken back to a brushed brass finish then lacquered.

All in all this is a lovely example of an English Dial Clock that would have adorned the wall of a government, educational or municipal building.
