Dating from the early part of the 20th Century, this French Boulle mantel clock is stunning with its faux tortoise shell veneered front and gilded brass mounts, feet and finial.
The dial is unusual, having both Roman numerals for the hours and normal numbers for the minutes, and it is in excellent condition, it also comes with the original hands.
The movement has been stripped, cleaned and serviced, and is now ready to go for another 100 years (with regular servicing).
This clock also comes with the original key.
