A lovely condition mahogany arch cased mantel clock with walnut infil, including a white enamel dial.

The clock strikes the hour and half hour via a deep gong. The movement is an 8 day movement.

The clock has been lovingly restored. The case has been refurbished, with new mouldings where necessary, cleaned waxed and polished. The movement has been fully stripped to component parts, worn and incorrect parts have been replaced, the mainsprings have been removed from their barrels, cleaned, inspected and greased. All bearings checked for wear, all pivots repolished. The movement was then re-assembled, oiled and tested.

The bezel has been polished and lacquered.

The clock is ready to find its new home and would make a lovely addition to a mantelpiece or side table.
