Here we have a lovely Antique Walnut and Oak mantel clock, set off with ebonised features.

The 8 day movement is marked CV with the 1855 Medal D’Argent stamp, probably made by Charles Vincenti in the later part of the 19th century.

The clock strikes the half hour and hour, via a deep gong.

The movement has been stripped, cleaned, inspected for wear, reassembled and oiled. The clock has been tested for a number of weeks to ensure it is working correctly.

The bezel has been polished and lacquered.

The case has been cleaned, polished, and re-ebonised.

This is a lovely clock and would look great on your mantelpiece or side table.
